Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them appropriately
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a positive environment
Handle visitor registration, issue passes, and maintain security protocols
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Provide support during office events or meetings
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
