Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support
Handle mail, courier services, and document distribution.
Maintain office supplies inventory and initiate purchase requests when needed.
Assist in basic data entry, filing, scanning, and documentation tasks.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments for visitor, event, or meeting arrangements.
Support HR/Admin in coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
