Job Description – Resort Manager

Location: Boho by the Beach

About the Role

Boho by the Beach is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team management, and smooth day-to-day functioning while driving operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services.

• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.

• Lead, train, and supervise resort staff while maintaining high service standards.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, occupancy, and revenue performance.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize bookings and promote the resort.

• Manage OTA platform.

• Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in hotel/resort operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or beach resorts is preferred.
