Job Role: Locker Room Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Overview:

The Locker Room Executive is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, security, and guest experience of the locker room and changing area facilities. This role ensures that all locker room operations run smoothly, safely, and in line with the organization's service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage locker allocation, key/access control, and lost-and-found procedures.

• Monitor and enforce safety, security, including CCTV oversight where applicable.

• Address member/guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.

• Maintain records of locker usage, inventory, and incident reports.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of locker room.

• Manage member check-in/check-out processes related to locker usage.

• Handle emergency situations (e.g., medical issues, security breaches) following established protocols.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; hospitality, facility management, or sports management background preferred.

• 0 – 2 years of experience in facility operations, hospitality, or a similar guest-service role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office / facility management software for inventory and reporting.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
