We are looking for a smart and organized Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and coordinate with transport, courier, and e-commerce clients efficiently. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and delivery partners
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with transport, courier, and e-commerce teams
Maintain dispatch records, courier details, and shipment updates
Follow up on deliveries, pickups, and transport schedules
Manage front desk operations and visitor records
Support documentation and data entry work
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Presentable and professional personality
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
Experience in logistics, courier, transport, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
