Front Office Executive
1. Greets guests and processes Center registration.
2. Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests.
3. Good in client Handling.
4. Should maintain client records.
5. Should be sales oriented to achieve the revenue targets.
6. Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate.
7. Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of the treatment center.
8. Responds to customer inquiries for information.
9. Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
10.Recognize return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and exceeded at all times. 11.Stays current with developments in the center by reviewing and updating the communication log.
