ole & responsibilities
• Answering and forwarding of EPABX phone System calls, taking messages, communicating and tracking.
• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage and update conference room reservations
• Responsible for Employee Joining & Onboarding (Plant & Sales)
• Coordinate for new joinee Id card, visiting card, mail id etc.
• Closely coordinating with HR & Admin Related Activities - Interviews, Follow-up, On Boarding processes.
• Responsible for maintaining Employee Personal File
• Handling Recruitment on Sales position and plant positions
• Responsible for Monthly MIS Reports to various department
• Work on HRMS
• Any work assigned by Management.
• Talent management - hire right person for job, establish reward systems like incentive for employees, career planning
• Responsible for joining formalities i.e. - academic, professional document collection Document verification, joining report, joining kit
• Responsible for New joiner's orientation and induction
• Handling employee Grievances, addressing the issue, Escalating to next level Identify training needs & source of training, track on improvements
• Maintain reception decorum via greeting clients and connect them with the appropriate party.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
