We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team at Krystal Integrated Services Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma (Hotel / Hospitality Management) and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. The incumbent must be presentable, have a professional attitude and be well versant in written and verbal communication.
