Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure office security protocols are followed.
Manage courier dispatch, inward/outward mail, and office supplies inventory.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff for daily office needs.
Assist HR/Admin team in organizing meetings, interviews, and office events.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
