Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations, handle visitors, coordinate calls, support administration, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
Handle reception and front office operations
Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Coordinate meeting room bookings and guest arrangements
2. Administrative Support
Support daily office administration activities
Manage courier, dispatch, and document handling
Maintain office files, records, and important documents
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance
Ensure proper housekeeping and office cleanliness
3. Employee & Candidate Coordination
Assist in interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Support employee onboarding formalities
Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for smooth operations
Maintain attendance support and employee records if required
4. Office Discipline & Compliance
Ensure proper office decorum and professional environment
Monitor front office discipline and visitor management
Support internal compliance and documentation processes

Preferred Qualifications
