We are looking for a Front Desk Executive (GRE - 1+ yrs in Real Estate Exp) to join our client (leading real estate firm in Navi Mumbai working with luxury developers only) to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the site office. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Fill the site visit forms and ensure proper tagging of Channel Partners clients.
Job Requirements:
Highest Qualification: 12th Pass.
Experience Required: 1 - 6+ years of experience
Age: 22 years to 37 years
Other skills: Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
