Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle basic inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
Schedule and manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and manage the distribution of documents
Maintain accurate visitor logs and enforce visitor access protocols
Provide administrative support to the legal and admin teams as required
Coordinate with office staff and facility management for smooth day-to-day operations
Uphold confidentiality and discretion, especially when handling client or legal information
