We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive (Female) to manage our reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred
Prior experience in a front desk/receptionist role is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, etc.)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
