Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Badlapur East, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle front desk and reception activities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and office registers
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Support basic administrative and office coordination tasks
Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable personality with positive attitude
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage office activities efficiently

Eligibility:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month plus incentives.
