The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing the front desk area, handling calls and inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling
Maintain visitor logs
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Provide basic information about the company’s products/services
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
