Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Provide basic administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front office operations
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
