Role Overview We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage our front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; monitor front-desk security and sign-in logs.
Admin Support: Maintain office supplies inventory; schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Education: High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
