Front Desk Executive

Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

-Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on missed appointments using Zenoti and Zoho CRM software.

- Answer patient inquiries regarding clinic services, procedures, and pricing accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurately documented in the clinic's database systems.

- Assist in taking before and after photos of patients for documentation purposes, ensuring proper consent and confidentiality

- Coordinate with the medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any urgent patient needs.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent patient care and support clinic operations.

- Stay updated on clinic services, promotions, and procedures to effectively communicate with patients.

- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient privacy guidelines.

Skills Required

- Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving Skill

-Pro efficiency in using Accounting software (Zoho CRM & Zenoti)

-Should have Worked on Google Sheet

Work Experience & Educational Qualification

-Graduate Bachelor’s Degree

-More than 0-1 Years of Experience

- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of skincare and hair treatments is advantageous but not required.
