We are looking for a female Front Desk Executive who is presentable, confident, and customer-oriented to manage the reception area and support daily administrative functions at our Yelahanka New Town office.
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls and route them to the right departments
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper visitor management
Handle courier (inward/outward) and maintain registers
Coordinate meeting schedules and internal communication
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Support basic admin tasks like documentation, filing, and office coordination
Assist HR/Admin team when required
Female candidates only
Graduate preferred
1–4 years experience in front desk/reception/admin
Excellent communication skills
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
Comfortable with 6 days working
Candidates staying near Yelahanka / Hebbal / Sahakar Nagar / Jakkur preferred
