Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, guest records, and billing.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
Respond promptly to guest queries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
Monitor lobby area and ensure it remains clean and guest-ready.
Assist in upselling villa services or special offers to guests.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Prepare daily reports for management review.
