🌟 HIRING – FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE 🌟

🔯 Position: Front Desk Executive

👩 Gender: Female

📍 Location: Kamothe

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Any relevant qualification

💼 Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year of experience

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

✨ Key Requirements:

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Must be comfortable communicating with foreign clients in fluent English

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Confident and presentable personality

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations

• Good coordination and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate with company staff, clients and visitors

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk and reception activities

• Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries

• Communicate and coordinate with foreign clients in fluent English

• Coordinate with foreign clients regarding food arrangements and room bookings/scheduling

• Welcome and assist visitors professionally

• Coordinate with different departments and company staff

• Handle emails, messages and basic documentation

• Maintain visitor and reception records

• Support day-to-day administrative activities
