About the Role: Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; manage general email inbox
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
Assist with office supply management and place orders when needed
Support staff with basic administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service mindset
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
