About the Role
WTF Gyms is looking for a hands-on and highly organized Facility Manager to ensure our gyms run flawlessly 24/7. You’ll own day-to-day facility operations, equipment uptime, vendor coordination, and site hygiene across multiple branches. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial facilities or fitness centers and thrives on field work, quick problem-solving, and member-first thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end facility operations across assigned WTF Gyms branches for zero downtime
- Ensure all gym equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems are functional and serviced on schedule
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors to maintain brand hygiene and safety standards
- Conduct daily/weekly site inspections — check equipment health, cleanliness, locker rooms, showers, and member areas
- Manage AMCs for gym equipment, air conditioning, fire safety, pest control, and utilities. Track renewals and performance
- Monitor and control operational expenses, utilities, and consumables per branch
- Respond to facility-related complaints from members/staff and ensure TAT-based resolution
- Maintain digital records of assets, repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown logs
- Coordinate with trainers, branch managers, and central ops for event setups, new equipment installs, and refurbishments
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and local municipal norms
- Handle emergency situations like power failures, water leakage, or equipment breakdowns with quick on-ground support
Required Skills
- Strong vendor negotiation and on-ground team management
- Excellent communication and coordination with branch staff + vendors
- Hands-on knowledge of facility maintenance, MEP, and gym equipment upkeep
- Ability to manage 4–6 sites with extensive field movement across Delhi/NCR
- Working knowledge of safety compliance, fire norms, and basic SOPs
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and maintenance reporting tools
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline preferred; Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical is a plus
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Facility Management
- Prior experience in gyms, fitness centers, or commercial properties preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive field work and early/late site visits
- High ownership, member-centric mindset, and ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
