We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our team Sun Jupiter International School to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of between 15000 to 30000 per month (Depend on the candidate skills and work experiences).

Note:- This position is for School Administrator. Kindly apply only if you have school working experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

• Data entry related to SATS and UDISE

• Fee Collection

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and relevant work experience of minimum 2 years. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email handling) and Data entry, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in English written and verbal communication.
