Personal Assistant-Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings for senior management (site visits, client meetings, internal team meetings).
Handle correspondence: emails, calls, messages; prepare responses or drafts when required.
Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and following up on maintenance or issues.
Maintain filing and document management systems (physical and/or digital) – contracts, property documents, client records etc.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, proposals for clients.
Tracking deadlines (payment, legal registrations, approvals, compliance etc.).
Arrange travel, meetings logistics, accommodations when required.
