Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff
Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and vendor management
Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory control
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events
Maintain records, documentation, and compliance requirements
Handle utility management and cost optimization
Support HR and leadership with administrative needs
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and professional standards
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Vendor negotiation and coordination skills
