Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and coordination
Manage reception area and visitor handling
Maintain attendance, records, reports, and documentation
Perform basic Tally entries and Excel reporting
Handle courier, stationery, and office supplies
Coordinate internal communication and office activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in administration
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Tally
Good communication and multitasking skills
Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi
Skills: Organized, professional attitude, punctual, and team-oriented.
