Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Repair leaks, blocked pipelines, taps, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
Maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and tanks.
Attend and resolve resident plumbing complaints promptly.
Monitor and maintain plumbing equipment in common areas.
Ensure proper functioning of sewage and drainage systems.
Report major plumbing issues and maintenance requirements to the Facility Manager.
Follow safety procedures while carrying out plumbing work.
Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
