We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and waste disposal.

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or corrosion.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.

• Install and connect appliances such as water heaters, dishwashers, and toilets.

• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using pressure gauges and other tools.

• Cut, assemble, and install pipes using various tools (saws, pipe threaders, benders, torches, etc.).

• Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, and other trades on building projects.

• Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and repairs performed.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Provide cost estimates and communicate repair or replacement needs to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.

• Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local regulations).

• Proven experience as a plumber (minimum 2–5 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good physical condition and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, sometimes in uncomfortable or confined spaces.

• May require lifting heavy materials or working in various weather conditions.
