Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumber to provide residential plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have practical field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver safe, clean, and professional service during home visits.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing services, including but not limited to:

• Installation and repair of taps, faucets, mixers, and shower fittings

• Repair and replacement of pipes, joints, and fittings

• Wash basin, sink, toilet (WC), and flush tank installation and repair

• Leakage detection and fixing

• Blockage removal in kitchen and bathroom lines

• Water tank, motor, and pipeline connections

• Basic plumbing maintenance and servicing

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the customer’s location after service completion.

Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly.

Provide clear explanations to customers regarding issues, repairs, and preventive care.

Complete jobs within the assigned time schedule.

Ensure customer satisfaction through polite, professional, and transparent service.

Follow company safety standards and operational guidelines during all home visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in plumbing work

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and materials

• Ability to identify leaks, blockages, and pressure-related issues

• Good customer interaction and communication skills

• Understanding of safety practices and proper tool usage

• ITI / plumbing certification preferred but not mandatory
