We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to lead and manage all plumbing and fire fighting works on our project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring high-quality execution of plumbing and fire safety systems in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and fire fighting systems.
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure all plumbing works (water supply, drainage, sewer lines) are executed accurately.
Supervise installation of fire fighting systems such as hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, pipelines, etc.
Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are met on time.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Fire Technology/Civil Engineering or related field.
Relevant certifications in plumbing and fire fighting systems (preferred).
Valid site safety and compliance certifications (desirable).
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in managing plumbing and fire fighting works at construction sites.
Prior experience as a Site Engineer or similar role with proven project handling skills.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and fire protection codes and standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
