Job Summary

Pholus Globos Facility Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Industrial Plumbing Supervisor / Site Engineer with hands-on knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, valve installation, and piping works. The candidate should have practical experience working with industrial valve brands such as Zoloto and Karnati (or equivalent industrial valve manufacturers), along with supervising installation and maintenance activities at project sites. Zoloto manufactures a wide range of industrial valves used in plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and industrial fluid systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise industrial plumbing installation and maintenance works.

• Install, inspect, and commission water supply, drainage, and industrial piping systems.

• Work with industrial valves including Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Check Valves (NRV), Balancing Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, and Strainers.

• Hands-on experience with Zoloto, Karnati, or equivalent industrial valve brands.

• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, P&ID drawings, and isometric drawings.

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.

• Ensure proper alignment, pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of piping systems.

• Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement requirements.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Prepare daily work reports and coordinate project progress.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of industrial plumbing systems.

• Experience in installation of GI, MS, CPVC, HDPE, UPVC, and SS piping.

• Hands-on experience with industrial valves, fittings, and accessories.

• Knowledge of pump rooms, plumbing shafts, water distribution, and fire fighting pipelines.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs.

• Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• 2–5 years of industrial plumbing experience.

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or MEP projects is preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
