Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Office Boy / Peon (All-Rounder) to support daily office operations. The candidate should be willing to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks, maintain office cleanliness, assist staff, and handle official errands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, washrooms, and workstations.

• Dust furniture, arrange meeting rooms, and ensure a clean office environment.

• Refill drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, and pantry items.

Office Support

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist employees with photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing documents.

• Help in shifting office materials and setting up meeting rooms.

• Support administrative staff in daily office activities.

Outdoor Work

• Visit banks, courier offices, government offices, clients, and vendors for official work.

• Collect and submit documents, cheques, parcels, and other official items.

• Purchase office supplies and other required materials from the local market.

• Handle courier dispatch and collection.

Inventory & Store Management

• Monitor office stationery and pantry stock.

• Inform the admin department when supplies need replenishment.

• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.

General Duties

• Open and close the office as instructed.

• Ensure lights, fans, ACs, and office equipment are switched off after office hours.

• Follow office policies and maintain confidentiality.
