We are looking for a responsible, punctual, well-mannered, and hardworking Pantry Boy to manage the day-to-day pantry and refreshment requirements of the office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining pantry cleanliness, preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments, managing pantry supplies, and providing general support to employees, management, and visitors.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, hygienic, disciplined, physically active, and willing to take responsibility for assigned pantry and office support tasks. Previous experience in pantry management, housekeeping, hospitality, office support, or a similar role will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office pantry and surrounding areas.
• Keep pantry utensils, cups, glasses, plates, and other items clean and properly arranged.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to management, employees, and visitors as required.
• Ensure timely availability of drinking water and other refreshments.
• Maintain proper cleanliness of pantry tables, counters, sinks, and storage areas.
• Check and maintain adequate stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, snacks, and other pantry supplies.
• Inform the concerned person when pantry supplies are running low.
• Purchase or collect pantry-related items from nearby shops or vendors as instructed.
• Arrange pantry supplies properly and maintain an organized storage area.
• Wash and clean utensils and pantry equipment after use.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain overall pantry hygiene.
• Assist in arranging refreshments during meetings, events, and company activities.
• Serve refreshments to guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Support management and office staff with basic pantry-related requirements.
• Assist with receiving and storing grocery, water, and other pantry supplies.
• Handle pantry equipment, utensils, and materials carefully.
• Follow proper hygiene and safety practices while handling food and beverages.
• Assist with basic office support activities whenever required.
• Follow instructions given by management, HR, and other authorized staff members.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour during working hours.
• Perform other pantry and general office support duties assigned by management from time to time.
