
We are looking for a Pantry boy , who is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pantry area, preparing and serving beverages and light refreshments, and assisting kitchen or office staff with basic tasks. The role requires attention to detail, hygiene awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, including countertops, appliances, utensils, and storage areas.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff, guests, or customers.
Refill and maintain stock of pantry items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, snacks, water bottles, etc.
Wash and clean dishes, cups, glasses, and cutlery after use.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in the pantry area.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments when required.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping for replenishment of supplies.
Report shortages, breakages, or pantry equipment issues to supervisors.
Support basic tasks if needed (cleaning, arranging items).
Basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation.
Ability to prepare tea/coffee and simple refreshments.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in pantry or hospitality roles (preferred but not mandatory).
Hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, hospitals, or catering units.
Shift-based work may be required depending on the organization.
