R M S Associates is looking for a reliable and proactive Pantry Boy to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, hardworking, and able to manage routine tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, meeting rooms, and common office areas.

• Ensure adequate stock of pantry items such as tea, coffee, milk, snacks, disposables, etc.

• Assist in basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, carrying documents, and internal file movement.

• Support staff with small day-to-day office requirements.

• Handle office waste disposal and maintain overall cleanliness.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms (water, glasses, cleaning table before/after meetings).

• Any other general support tasks assigned by the admin/HR team.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pantry boy/office boy is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Polite, well-mannered, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and follow instructions.

• Physically fit to handle routine office work.
