Key Responsibilities
Beverage/Food Service: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for employees and guests.
Hygiene & Cleaning: Maintaining high sanitation standards by washing cups, glasses, and utensils, as well as cleaning the pantry area, workstations, and cafeteria.
Inventory & Stock Management: Tracking inventory, organizing supplies, managing inventory of pantry, stationary, and housekeeping items, and conducting procurement.
Office Support: Sometimes includes additional tasks such as acting as an office boy or assisting with photocopying and courier services.
