Job Summary

Packtek Packaging is looking for a sincere, disciplined, and hardworking Pantry Boy to manage pantry operations and support basic office activities. The candidate should maintain cleanliness, serve refreshments to employees and guests, and ensure the pantry remains hygienic and well-stocked at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees, visitors, and management.

• Serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen, utensils, and dining area.

• Wash and organize cups, plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils.

• Ensure pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and other consumables are adequately stocked.

• Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings and guest visits.

• Purchase pantry items whenever required with prior approval.

• Support basic office work such as photocopying, document delivery, and other office assistance.

• Maintain cleanliness of the reception and common office areas as assigned.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Required Skills

• Polite and courteous behavior.

• Basic knowledge of preparing tea, coffee, and serving meals.

• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.

• Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to support general office activities.

Qualifications

• Education: No minimum educational qualification required.

• Prior experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Boy, or Housekeeping Staff will be preferred.

• Freshers are also welcome to apply.
