Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, serving refreshments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.

• Open and close the office as instructed.

• Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.

• Run local errands such as bank deposits, courier services, and purchases when required.

• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th Pass / High School.

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.

• Physically fit and capable of handling routine office duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Peon, or similar role.

• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience )

• Paid leave as per company policy.
