Job Summary:

An Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting in daily office tasks, and supporting staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office premises (tables, cabins, pantry, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying and scanning
Assist in opening and closing the office
Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office
Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of refreshments
Help in arranging meetings and conference rooms
Support administrative staff in basic tasks
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Basic understanding of office work
Polite and respectful behavior
Punctual and responsible
Ability to follow instructions

Skills Required:

Time management
Basic communication skills
Cleanliness and hygiene awareness
