A. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Sweep, mop, dust, and keep all areas clean and organized.
Ensure washrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
B. Pantry & Refreshments
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain the pantry area and manage pantry supplies.
Wash and clean utensils after use.
C. Administrative Support
Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms.
Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist staff with small office tasks whenever required.
D. Delivery & Outdoor Duties
Deliver or collect documents from banks, vendors, and other offices.
Purchase office supplies or groceries when instructed.
Drop off or pick up couriers.
E. Inventory & Supplies
Monitor stock of office and pantry supplies.
Inform Admin/HR when replenishment is required.
3. Requirements
Minimum education: 12th pass (preferred).
Prior experience as an office boy/office assistant preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, and office support tasks.
Polite, punctual, reliable, and well-mannered.
Ability to handle instructions and multitask.
