Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Pantry Management:
o Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to MD, Corporate Staff and
guests.
o Ensure timely and proper cleaning of pantry equipment and utensils.
o Maintain an inventory of pantry supplies and ensure they are restocked as
needed.
2. Office Cleanliness and Maintenance:
o Clean and maintain all the office premises, including all workstations, meeting
rooms, and common areas.
o Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organized.
o Monitor and report any maintenance issues, such as plumbing or electrical
problems.
o Updating all back office Checklists on Daily Basis
3. Support for Office Activities:
o Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, tables, and
necessary equipment.
o Distribute and collect documents, files, or parcels within the office.
o Support staff during events, meetings, or training sessions.
4. Guest and Visitor Management:
o Welcome and assist visitors, offering refreshments and guiding them to the
appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
o Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour with all guests and staff.
5. Health and Safety Compliance:
o Follow and promote hygiene and safety protocols in the pantry and office
areas.
o Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling as per company guidelines.
6. Miscellaneous Task:
o Any other office related work assigned
