Location: Automobile Service Center

Job Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office and workshop operations by handling administrative assistance, cleanliness coordination, document movement, and basic support tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the service center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and basic order in office areas, reception, and customer waiting lounge

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, customers, and visitors

• Carry and deliver documents, files, and materials between departments (Service, Accounts, HR, Workshop)

• Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents

• Support Service Advisors and Admin staff with routine office work

• Help in opening/closing office premises when required

• Coordinate with housekeeping staff for cleanliness standards

• Assist in stock movement of stationery and office supplies

• Handle bank visits, courier services, and vendor follow-ups as assigned

• Support during audits, inspections, and internal meetings

• Follow company policies, safety rules, and discipline standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass

• Basic understanding of office work

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time

• Physically fit to perform office movement and lifting light materials

• Polite behavior and good communication skills

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in an automobile service center or workshop environment is an advantage

Working Hours:

• As per service center operational hours

Reporting To:

• Admin Manager / Service Manager
