Job Summary
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, providing pantry services, handling office errands, and supporting administrative staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance
Ensure the office premises are clean and tidy at all times.
Clean workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and common areas.
Arrange furniture and meeting rooms as required.
Pantry Management
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and ensure hygiene standards.
Monitor pantry supplies and inform the Admin Department when replenishment is required.
Office Support
Deliver documents, files, and parcels within the office or to external locations when required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor office stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry stock.
Assist in receiving and arranging office supplies.
Report shortages or damaged items to the Administration Department.
Visitor Assistance
Welcome visitors courteously and offer refreshments.
Assist in preparing meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
Outdoor Duties
Deposit or collect documents from banks, courier offices, government offices, or vendors as assigned.
Handle courier dispatches and collections.
Compliance
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and office discipline.
Maintain confidentiality while handling office documents.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum SSLC/10th Pass (or equivalent).
Basic reading and writing skills.
Knowledge of office etiquette and cleanliness practices.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
