Job Title: Office Boy / Office assistant

🎯 Role Purpose (Very Important)
The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, handling basic errands, and assisting staff as required. This role is crucial to ensure a well-organized and professional workplace.

🕘 Working Timings
9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

🧠 Core Responsibilities

1️⃣ Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms
  
  

• Ensure dusting, mopping, and general hygiene on a daily basis
  
  

• Arrange furniture and office areas when required
  
  

2️⃣ Pantry & Refreshment Support

• Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests
  
  

• Maintain pantry stock and cleanliness
  
  

• Inform admin about pantry requirements
  
  

3️⃣ Office Assistance & Support

• Assist employees with basic office needs
  
  

• Handle internal document movement
  
  

• Support admin and HR team in daily tasks
  
  

4️⃣ Outdoor & Errand Work

• Handle bank work, courier, office purchases, and other outdoor tasks
  
  

• Drive two-wheeler/four-wheeler for office-related work when required
  
  

• Ensure timely completion of assigned errands
  
  

5️⃣ Discipline & Responsibility

• Follow office rules, timings, and instructions strictly
  
  

• Maintain polite and professional behavior with staff and visitors

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum education: Basic schooling
  
  

• Must have the following documents (Mandatory):

  • PAN Card
    
    

  • Valid Driving Licence
    
    

• Prior experience as an Office Boy is preferred
