Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle courier services — receiving, logging, and distributing packages/documents.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and file arrangement as per staff requests.
Support basic admin duties such as stationery management and pantry inventory.
Ensure waste disposal and cleanliness of dustbins regularly.
Assist employees in movement of office materials (files, documents, parcels, etc.)
Run office errands when required (bank deposits, utility payments, etc.).
Ensure the pantry is well-stocked and maintained.
Report any maintenance requirements promptly to the Admin team.
