Role Objective

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and professional Office Boy / Helper to maintain our headquarters on Cunningham Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors while supporting daily administrative flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Pantry & Refreshment Management: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to guests and office staff throughout the day.

• Office Upkeep: Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

• Outdoor Errands: Handle local deliveries, bank-related visits, post office errands, and other document handovers.

• Administrative Assistance: Support the team with basic tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

• Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring pantry supplies and stationery to ensure items are restocked timely.

Candidate Profile

• Attitude: Honest, polite, and disciplined with a helpful mindset.

• Location: Residing near Cunningham Road or Vasanth Nagar is highly preferred.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of local Bangalore routes for errands.

• Asset: Possession of a two-wheeler (with a valid license) is a significant advantage.

• Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore (Near High Grounds Police Station).

• Employment Type: Full-Time.
