Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Cleaning
Clean office floors, desks, chairs, and common areas daily.
Dust furniture, computers, and office equipment.
Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions.
Empty dustbins and maintain proper waste disposal.
Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and reception area.
2. Pantry / Kitchen Work
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry and kitchen area.
Wash cups, glasses, plates, and kitchen utensils.
Refill drinking water bottles and maintain water dispensers.
Ensure pantry items like tea, sugar, milk, and snacks are available.
3. Support Work
Assist in arranging meeting rooms before meetings.
Serve refreshments to visitors and guests.
Help with small office errands if required.
Maintain hygiene standards in pantry and office area.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of cleaning and kitchen work.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to follow instructions from office staff.
Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.
Prior experience in office cleaning/pantry work is preferred.
