Required Skills
To maintain office cleanliness, provide pantry services, assist in document movement, handle outdoor errands, and support admin team in day-to-day office operations. Should be able to lift files, climb stairs
Should be atleast 10th Pass.
Job Responsibilities
Keep office, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry clean daily
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff & visitors
Maintain pantry stock, report shortages
Dust furniture, mop floors, empty dustbins, clean toilet
Photocopy, scan, file documents as directed
Move files/registers between departments
Collect/deliver courier, bank work, post office runs
Arrange meeting room: chairs, projector, water.
Guide visitors to reception/meeting rooms
Inform concerned employee of visitor arrival
Report AC, lights, plumbing issues to Admin
Switch off lights/AC/fans when not in use and after office hours
Purchase small office items from local market
Assist in office shifting/arrangement
Any other task assigned by Admin/HR
