Office Boy & Delivery Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and hardworking Office Boy & Delivery Executive to support our day-to-day office operations and handle the safe delivery and pickup of IT equipment.

The role involves maintaining office cleanliness and basic office facilities, assisting with pantry and stationery requirements, and travelling within Mumbai for the pickup and delivery of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office, work areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.

• Handle day-to-day office support activities and basic errands.

• Manage tea/coffee, pantry requirements, drinking water, and other basic office needs.

• Monitor and restock stationery, pantry supplies, and other office consumables.

• Handle courier, documents, parcels, and office-related deliveries.

• Pick up and deliver laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking equipment, and other IT assets within Mumbai.

• Safely pack, carry, load/unload, and transport IT equipment as required.

• Ensure IT equipment is handled carefully during pickup and delivery.

• Collect and maintain required documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, acknowledgment receipts, and signatures.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, courier personnel, and company staff during pickups and deliveries.

• Report completion of deliveries/pickups and immediately inform the concerned person about any issue or delay.

• Assist the team with basic office setup, shifting of equipment, meeting room preparation, and other operational requirements.

• Perform other basic office and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th pass.

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience as an office boy, delivery executive, office assistant, or similar role is an advantage.

• Should be physically capable of carrying and moving IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers.

• Should be comfortable travelling across Mumbai using local trains.

• Should be reliable, punctual, honest, and responsible while handling company and customer assets.

• Basic ability to read and understand Hindi and English is preferred for handling documents, addresses, delivery challans, and asset-related paperwork. Marathi would be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills and a polite attitude when interacting with customers and vendors.

• Should be able to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time.

• Must be willing to work 6 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
